You agree to UK Solutions Ltd to carry out document checks before you provide service to us and by signing below, you declare and confirm that the documents you have provided in furtherance of these checks are legal documents, they have not been obtained through illegal means and they belong to you.

Note that, UK Solutions Ltd will undertake document checks on all prospective workers irrespective of their race, religion, accent, place of birth or apparent nationality.

Before you start filling out the application form, please have in your hand the following documents:

1) Proof of address issued in the past 3 months

(What can we accept as proof of address? Council tax bills; Mortgage statement; Statement From a bank or building society; Letter from a bank or building society; Benefit statement; Electricity bill; Gas bill; Water bill Phone bill; Credit-card statement; Store-card statement; UK entitlement document from central or local government, a government agency or local council.)

2) Valid identity card for working in the UK

(What can we accept as valid identity document to work in the UK? Passport (Only British citizens can present their passport out of date); ID card; Residence Card + Identity Document; Birth certificate (British citizens only))

3) National Insurance Number

4) Driving license UE/ UK

5) DVLA check online (if the driver’s license is British) ( https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence ) 

These documents will have to be submitted with your application form as well as be presented on the day of the interview for verification.
